Q: What happens once my FREE trial is over?
A: You simply can no longer log in to work with the Handicap System. Don't worry, all your golfers and data are still there. You can resume when you decide to buy the product. We maintain data in idle accounts for one year from the date the account becomes idle.
What if I want to cancel my trial?
A: There's no obligation, no risk, no contract. Simply do nothing. Your trial automatically expires after 60 days. Remember any golfers and data you enter remain in our system for one year, in case you ever decide to resume using the Handicap System Web Edition.
Subscriptions
Q: We do not play all year long. Can I start and stop my subscription?
A: Yes, you can start and stop a subscription at anytime. We maintain your data for 1 year from the stop date...so it will still be there when you start up again. Call or email us if you need distinct start and stop dates for your service.
Q: I want to order, but I'm not sure of the exact number of golfers I'll be tracking.
A: Our tiered pricing system accommodates most groups, with some "wiggle room" for growth, without a price change. You can increase or decrease your tier at anytime.
Q: What if I add golfers during the season?
A: If you exceed the number of golfers in your price tier, you will get a prompt to contact us to adjust your subscription and allow more golfers.
Q: Is there a discount for prepaying?
A: Yes, there is a 20% discount for prepaying for 12 months of service.
Q: Our organization does not have a credit card, may we pay with a check?
A: We need a credit card for month-to-month billing, but if you know the start and stop date for your service, we can send you an invoice for your organization's return check.
Q: What if I don't like the service. Can I get a refund?
A: We want satisfied customers, so we give you 60 days to try our web edition, free! If you order and are not happy, you may unsubscribe at any time. If you have taken advantage of our pre-payment discount, we will refund the amount for the remainder of your year.

Q: Is it complicated to use?
A: No; Computer novice is assumed - you'll be up and running in 15 minutes.
Q: How do my golfers access their information?
A: Your golfers can access their information from ANY device that connects to the Internet! This includes iPhones, iPads, etc. At anytime, from anywhere, your golfers can go to...
- your landing page. See sample. Handicap System automatically creates a "Landing page" your golfers can go to.

Q: Do I have to let my golfers have internet access?
A: No. Allowing your golfers to view and update information is completely optional. You can allow no access, view access, or view and update access.
Q: I have the Desktop edition. Can my information transfer to the Web Edition?
A: Yes. We do it for you! All you do is login and there your golfers are!
Q: May I import data from other programs?
A: Any information the program tracks can be transferred in. For example, minimal info you would want to transfer into the Handicap System would be each golfer's name, gender, and last 20 scores with ratings and slopes. Of course any other items can also be transferred such as address, phone numbers, email, etc.
Q: May I export information to other software?
A: Export into HTML (web page format), PDF (Portable document format), TEXT (Tab delimited format), or Microsoft Excel's native format.
Q: How many administrators can use the system?
A: You can have any number of administrators.
Q: May I mass email my golfers as often as I want?
A: Yes!
Q: How do I get the latest version/upgrade?
A: Because you are using the Web Edition, you will always have the latest version - no need to upgrade!
Q: Do you have customers outside the United States?
A: Yes! We have customers from around the world - representing every continent except Antarctica.
Do you sell or use my list of golfers for advertising purposes?
A: No. Never.
Q: Is there a tutorial available to learn the system?
A: System comes with full online help, sample data to "play" with, and live phone and email help.
Q: What operating system will the Handicap System Web Edition work on?
